Vennen Company

Vennen Company is a Chicago-area based construction management firm with over 50 years of hands-on general construction and construction management experience in multiple market sectors. Dennis and Pamela Vennen formed the firm in 2001 to provide team CM services to reorganize and restart a stalled Chicago high-rise luxury condo project and progressed to multiple multi-residential projects for developers in the Chiago area, while also undertaking a variety of team CM assignments for commercial and military projects, scheduling, estimating, expert witness IT project assignments, and other projects in the Midwest. We put the company on hiatus in 2016, when Dennis Vennen joined Brinshore Development LLC to initiate a CM department as the firm expanded its affordable housing footprint nationally. The Brinshore CM team organization matured and grew to a team of 4 construction managers by 2025. Dennis completed his tenure at Brinshore in March 2025 to make way for emerging construction managers to advance. Vennen Company re-activated in March 2025.
