Amanda Dowdy is a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master Teacher whose work lives at the intersection of clinical skill, intuitive presence, and compassionate care. While she is highly trained in therapeutic bodywork, lymphatic support, and integrative healing modalities, what truly defines her work is the way she shows up—with steadiness, reverence, and an ability to meet people in the moments that matter most.
