Elemental Resources is a privately owned real estate company based in South Charleston, West Virginia. Founded in 2009, we specialize in acquiring, managing, and selling both surface properties and mineral rights throughout the state. Most of our acquisitions come through purchasing tax liens at the annual West Virginia State Auditor's delinquent property auctions. We hold, lease, and sell these properties to private buyers and energy companies — with a portfolio spanning surface acreage, lots, rentals, and oil & gas mineral interests across dozens of West Virginia counties. Together, our members bring over seventy years of combined real estate experience in West Virginia.
