Ancient Caves: The famous Indian River Cave is on our property and Whitings Neck Cave is nearby. This is a very special experience to explore and its epic for meditation and mantra chanting.

50+ Acres of forest and fields with trails: Exploring the land is so healing and important to our well being.

Potomac River Access: The sweeping views of the river are spectacular. With a light hike, you can head down to the river for kayaking or swimming as well. The more adventurous can kayak across to the C & O canal.

Vegetarian Kitchen: Our chefs care deeply about making delicious, nourishing, healthy meals to support your experience!

Bonfire Area: Roast marshmallows, tell stories, and star gaze in the vast open sky

Just 90 Miles from Washington DC: Conveniently located far enough from the city but accessible for a short trip. Fly into Dulles, BWI, or Reagan National and you can be on site in about 90 minutes.
